Pheasant Lane Oak is a mix of darker and lighter gray toned wood-based laminate floor showcasing movement with a low-gloss realistic texture so you can feel the grain pattern.
Pre-attached 2mm acoustic padding underlayment offers sound absorption and reduces installation time and cost.

Poor Quality Material
The quality of this flooring is not good. I thought I was getting a good deal on some discontinued flooring... but I think the quality of the product is why it was reduced for clearing.... The installers had very difficult time with the product. It chips super easily and was hard to get cut and fit in place..... I am super sad as I just wasted over $500 dollars and can't afford to do this over......
