Absolute Trash Product

This is the absolute worst flooring I have ever seen. Boards are bent, the durability when laying this flooring is the wost ever. If you breath wrong it will chip. I know you’re sorry and need to read the directions to that particular flooring and I did, still junk still TRASH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

You could actually smell the maple

Beautiful product my wife was very pleased.

Once you make it past row 2 it’s all down hill.

Little difficult to install, but a well made durable product. Very stylish , Can’t argue with results, looks beautiful. Would recommend to anyone unsure of which route to take picking their new floor. Cost vs durability and finished looks make stain master a no brainer in my book. Will seek them out again for next flooring install

Absolute garbage quality

It's impossible to understand how a piece of garbage like this is a "premium" flooring. I've installed a half dozen different lvp floors and I have never had anything close to this much issue installing. Not a single piece actually snaps together without beating the living crap out of it. 26 boxes going back for a refund on this trash.

Worst Laminate Ever

Absolutely the worst laminate flooring I have ever dealt with. I wish I could give it 0 stars. It does not click together. It separates and will not stay together. I've installed other brands and never had a problem. Even my contractor could not get it to click together. I called Lowe's to discuss a refund and they refused . Do not buy

Do not buy this product if you value quick install and some thing that clicks into place very easily. I was previously using the quickstep products from Lowe's which are in fact cheaper than this and as I found out much better. I completed a 1700 ft.² install with this flooring and the entire floor creeks and rattles now. Over one hour to pick up one pallet of flooring.

I arrived at Lowes in Hot Spring at 10:15 am. I went inside to customer pickup, signed in to Kiosk for pickup and joined another man in line. After about 10 minutes, a customer service associate came to "check us in again" and about 3 other customers arrived with this one associate attempting to help.
