This is beetr than cutting oil

I used it to drill some difficult material.The gel consistency added to it staying on the bit.

Good stuff.

Used it to drill stainless steel sheet

If you are going to drill stainless steel sheet, you better have a good lube. I like this stuff because it’s thick and stays by the hole you are drilling. The spout is small enough so you can add a drop or two as you drill. Besides lubricating, it also helps to cool the bit. Use a slow drill speed with a cobalt bit and a good bit of pressure so you cut into the sheet and not just spin and over heat the bit.

Mach-Blue Goo

Our fabrication guys said this worked very good, when drilling thru steel plates with our magnetic drill. Also works well with cutting holes in steel plates with the annual hole cutters used with our magnetic drill. Would recommend this product for all fabrication and drillling applications.

Works well when tapping holes in mild steel.

lubricant for cutting and tapping steel. I drilled holes in cold rolled 1/4" plate to be tapped to 1/4x20 threads with no problems. The last few holes tapped just as easy as the 1st.
