What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this trimmer line for exceptional durability and cutting performance. The .065 diameter design cuts cleanly through grass and weeds with ease, and reviewers note it lasts significantly longer than competing lines. Many appreciate how well it performs on battery-powered trimmers without overloading equipment, and the spiral hexagon design reduces breakage and tangling. The bright red color, convenient 200-foot spool, and easy installation are frequently highlighted. A few users report it struggles with extremely dense vegetation or breaks under extreme conditions, but most consider it a worthwhile investment for reliable, efficient trimming.

Would RecommendSPEED DuraCore 0.065-in x 200-ft Trimmer Line Great trimmer line, tough as all get out, I put this on my electric weed eater and used it to remove all the weeds from the crevices on my walk ways. I also trimmed along the side of the house and around some stumps were I dare not mow do to rocks. This line held up great and outlasted the other brand that I usually buy. It had no issues with the thicker weeds and held up very well when I was trimming against the concrete walk way. This line has outs...
Cuts grass easily and cleanly for nice, manicured
Would RecommendI’ve read that solid core trimmer lines consistently fared better then mono-filament trimmer lines, so I tried the SPEED DuraCore 0.065-in trimmer line on my small electric cordless trimmer. It does have a white solid core and a red spiraled hexagon outer shape. The spiral shape supposed to increase the runtime for battery-powered trimmers. I can’t tell if I got more run time, but it did seem to cleanly and easily cut the grass (see pictures). For me the biggest benefit as compared to other c...
Speed and Horsepower
Would RecommendThis line cuts great, it was a perfect fit in my weed-eater. It cuts through the grass so fast it feels like my weed-eater gained more horsepower. My trimmer will speed through all my edging needs without the need to charge the battery.
Small but strong
Would RecommendStrong but small string for any use case. Will definitely cut down on breaking and the need to re-feed your weed eater. Would recommend to anyone again.
Great
Would RecommendI just got this because my old one ran out. I really like this because I am not breaking the line as much as my other one. I think the core really prevents this.
Worth the extra $3 - $5
