Would Recommend(I’m not an electrician - but did get recommendations from one) Wired detached metal garage using 12/2 MC cable. Easy to work with and when using proper connectors and straps provides secure/safe electrical access throughout building. I added two separate circuits with multiple outlets and a switched outlet for lights. I used most of the 250’ ft “without” trying too hard. Hardest part was drilling pilot holes in the metal framing. Would RecommendI used this for my 42x40 shop. The aluminum holds up great and isn't hard to cut with a cutter. Use this when you want it to look good and have some extra protection.

Would RecommendSo nice already having the cable passing through it. Very flexible and easy to position and strap in to place. Getting the proper connectors to attach to boxes is a must;, gives a nice, clean, firm connection.
