Poor website/sales communication.

It was on close out, as they don’t want to sell this wire by the foot anymore. The salesperson originally didn’t want to give it to me, so I ordered it from the same store. Then they called and told me they cancelled the order. I had evidence that the product was available on the website, and after telling them I would complain to corporate, they filled the order. All this drama because they don’t update their website efficiently. At least I got it for over 1/2 off.

Good wire BUT I ordered (2) runs of 92' and received (1) run of 184'. I had to unwind the whole thing to find the middle to pull in so as not to end up with a "Birds Nest" mess..

Easy wire order.

I placed this order online. The 12-foot of #6 wire was on clearance, so I got a good deal on what I needed to ground my generator. The order was easy to place and processed quickly.

The wire is a decent product and performs as expected however Lowe’s informed me that it is going to discontinue selling this wire size by the foot and will only sell in lengths of 250-500 feet. That’s silly because most consumers will not need great lengths. It’s likely only professional electricians will benefit from this product in the near future.

Im wondering why i got a message saying item picked up but i haven’t went and got it yet so idk what’s going on here
