Poor website/sales communication.
It was on close out, as they don’t want to sell this wire by the foot anymore. The salesperson originally didn’t want to give it to me, so I ordered it from the same store. Then they called and told me they cancelled the order. I had evidence that the product was available on the website, and after telling them I would complain to corporate, they filled the order. All this drama because they don’t update their website efficiently. At least I got it for over 1/2 off.
