Poor quality, poor return policy

The pump stopped working after about a week. Following the cleaning instructions hasn't helped. The worst part is that Lowe's won't accept a mail-in return and wants me to drive 26 miles for an in-person return.

Good quality, strong lift for a small pump. Using it in a 3ft vertical fountain.

Pump used for pool

Pump works great to pump extra water from my inground pool. It’s cheaper than most pool pumps too. During the winter and spring months, too much water accumulates in my pool and you need to pump out the excess so the pool doesn’t overflow. I purchased a pump specifically for pools, but it was too slow. I picked this up and in 8 hours the water level was down.

FAILED

I bought this pump and installed it into a large fountain. One that means I have to drain the fountain and lift the 400 + pound basin to pull the pump out and them re-install everything. The pump had failed already in less than 5 months. I bought the unit on Sept 24th, 2022 it failed by December 15th 2022.

Keeps Tripping GFCI So Doesn't Work

Bought this for a Tower Garden that is on a timer. Unfortunately this kept tripping the GFCI so my garden would go days without water, unlike the old simple motor. Cost me all my plants and the produce that was on the tower.

Pond Usage

Unit easily pumps a high volume of water from my pond to the fountain head five feet above it.

Auto Shut off an issue

Very excited about this pump after reading the reviews. The pumping power is definitely strong enough. However, rather than shutting off when the water gets low, the pump sounds like it is rapidly shutting on & off making quite a racket. If the water is low, it should just shut off.

Works great !

I was having a problem with back-flow from the middle bowl chute of a 3 bowl fountain while using a 300gph pump. This 500gph pump solved the problem.

Amazing Power Pump

This pump is one of the if not the best operating and easy to install pumps I have ever use. I am so happy with the results I tell all my home owner friends that this is the pump to get if you want to do anything with water

this was a great pump for the fountain. sure looks great in the yard. Not difficult to install. It did not take long to get it up and running. Would buy another one

Great pump for midsized water feature

I had problems with the pump I bought 4 year s ago so used this pump to create a fountain in my old pond. The power cord is a great length and pump easy to install. The low water shut off is a great feature since the raccoons found a way to point the fountain spray out of the pond causing a great loss of water. Great pump and I see no need to go back to a larger one.

Small in size, BIG in power

I was very concerned when I saw the size of this pump...it is SMALL (in size) ...it says it is ideal for pumping to heights of 5 to 7 ft. My little fountain was about 3.5 ft tall. I didn't want a squirting stream, or just a small trickle...what I found was this was PERFECT for my fountain...
