Bang for the buck
Would RecommendThis is a heavy duty trimmer! Perfect for my big yard with a great amount of power. Makes trimming a breeze. The trigger control allows for different speed. Battery life is great on this.

Best decision to switch.
I recently switched from Greenworks 60v line to the Skil 40v line. I had an issue with my Greenworks 60v polesaw and found that they no longer spared parts for the unit that was less than 5 years old. I decided right then to switch all my outdoor tools to Skil and will never look back. Anyone need a whole line of Greenworks 60v outdoor tools???

not worth the cost
Would Not RecommendThis Trimmer is very heavy; it does not have a shoder strap. The battery does not last very long; I can only get 1/4 of my yard done on the charge and it takes over 30 mints to charge it back up.

Battery Worries
Had a battery issue 4 months after purchasing. SKIL did replace the battery promptly. Love the weedeater. I worry about battery quality, though.

Replacing the line is one pain. The directions say to push the line thru an eyelet to the other side. Good luck!!

Great Buy
Would RecommendBought this trimmer because it was on sale. Charged it up and was very pleased on how well it cut even fairly heavy weeds. I have a large Stihl gas trimmer to use around our barn but the Skil unit is going to get a good workout also.
