Would Not RecommendBought this a couple years ago. Nowhere near as powerful as a real gas saw but was fine for doing basic cleanup of small branches. First, even when new, the battery never got anywhere near the advertised run time. But like I said, it was fine for periodic yard cleanup. Then, literally a month after the 2 year battery warranty expired, I can't even cut through a 4" log with a full charge battery with it stalling out and blinking red with no power. New batteries for these things are almost as muc...

Would Not RecommendBattery is probably the worst battery I have ever used you get at least 5 to 10 mins for a single charge and when it’s dead you have to charge it for an Hour, no good for when you need to get projects done.

Would RecommendGood value for the money, cut down four Christmas trees w/o any problem. Well balanced for weight with the battery in place…the only down side was filling the chain oil reservoir, it’s hard to see how much oil is going into the saw. If you’re looking for an around the house, light duty saw, without having to mix up fuel and maintain spark plugs, etc. this is a solid choice.
