Would RecommendI have used many machines…but always appreciated the ease of use and innovation of Singer machines. Having used my 9960 only a short while, here are the things that I really like about it: Auto Speed Control - it’s great to get the same slow speed every time- great for careful stitching! Auto Thread Cutter - how could I live without have this feature? No thread mess! Needle Up - I don’t have to...

Doesn't work after a few years
Would Not RecommendI have had my machine for a few years, and have always loved it, but for the last few months, the bottom thread is all loopy. I've had it serviced three times by 2 different people and they cannot find a solution. I have tried everything I found online to try to fix this problem, and nothing helps. I'm very disappointed because I can no longer use this machine as it will no longer sew properly and would love if Singer could help me in some way.

Singer is part of our history… long live Singer!
Would RecommendI bought yet again, another Singer! And I absolutely love it! This is my third Singer. It does everything my Viking 960q does except auto foot raised. It’s a great machine for the price! Easy to learn and it’s a workhorse! Thank you Singer for another great and improved product!
