Love my new machine

I am happy with the machine. Only problem is with the needle threader, hasn’t really worked correctly since the start.

Doesn't Move Fabric Correctly

Bought this sewing machine about a year ago. It has worked wonderfully for me, as I am an avid quilter. Until lately when the feeder foot wouldn't move the fabric from front to back as is normal! It will only feed fabric from back to front - really strange!! I have cleaned out the machine of all the dust and made sure feeder foot was in the up position, but still doesn't proceed correctly. Loved this machine until this happened.

Singer really needs to consider a few things regarding this specific machine that will help with the sanity of their loyal customers; 1- reconstruct the auto thread cutter (a third time) so it stops doing what it's doing to bring you warranty repairs, and 2- get more trained/approved authorized singer facilities for warranty reasons. Woe is me with this story but picture FINALLY saving up enough money to invest in an awesome machine for your work, getting to know the machine for 4 months, then ...

Singer 9960

I purchased in June 2026, at first this machine was the smoothest ive ever had. Now it makes a clicking noise every so often. Feed is uneven. Ive cleaned it, replaced the needle, everything imaginable. I really don't want to have it serviced already.

Fun, Fun, Fun!

This is by far the best and most fun sewing machine that I have ever used. It can do just about anything that I can imagine a machine doing. I like that the layout is straight forward and easy to use. There is such a wide selection of stitiches and ways to combine them that I will never ever get bored. I Also love that the manual is very clear with good illustrations.

I named her Betty!

I'm in love with my Quantum. She does everything I ask of her. I named her Betty.

Great upgrade for me

This machine was an upgrade for me because I wanted to improve my beginner/intermediate quilting skills and it has delivered on that. Comes with lots of different feet. My only complaint which is just a learning curve maybe is loading the bobbin is not as easy as my prior machine. Would definitely recommend because you get a lot for your money.

I love my new sewing machine! It’s so quiet, also I love the buttons you just press to change stitches quickly on stitches you use often. I’m so glad I chose this model. If you sew garments, this sewing machine is wonderful .The embroidery stitches and lettering are so nice!

This has been a great machine so far. I have completed two quilts I. It and it is running like a dream

Great machine

I love my new Singer Quantum 9960! It is very quiet and sews beautifully. I have not used it to it's full capability yet but plan to try all the stitches out. My only gripe is that it is too easy to inadvertently change the stitch if you accidently hit one of the buttons on the front while sewing. Ask me how I know.

I love my singer 9960

I have had this machine for about 10 years now after needing more than my singer heavy duty school model. This has been an excellent machine and I’ve never had one issue with it. It has a fun variety of stitches and is sturdy enough to do heavier fabrics as well as quilting projects. I have it serviced about every year and it still purrs like a kitten.

Get this!!

This sewing machine exceeded my expectations. It’s quiet, and seriously, what can’t it do!? I’m totally in love.
