Won’t run

Worked well when it worked. First unit stopped running on second use. Returned fist unit and second unit never started. Instruction are general to apply to many model. For example, trouble shooting says to turn fuel valve on and there isn’t one.

extremely dangerous.

I have used it twice. The first time the starter rope hit my forearm so hard that it gave me a bloody bruise that lasted for 3 weeks. Today I used it and the same thing happened again, but this time hit me in the finger, leaving it purple, swollen and I can't move it. the starter cord recoil extremely hard and the plastic cord handle can hurt you badly. Today I tried to return it to Lowe’s but they told me I had to contact Simpson to get a return number. I hope they have good customer service.

This is the best pressure washer that I have ever owned. It is compact, easy to start, and has a powerful spray. I love it.

outlet connecter cross threaded too easy

Repairing damaged appliances and machines

Very low cost! I was able to repair a new damaged pressure washer caused by the engine being started with no oil in it. ( someone didn’t read the instructions!). I’m sure they then just returned it to Lowe’s for a full refund and stuck them with their mistake unfortunately. I was able to repair the engine and the machine runs well now. Yes!

This was a replacement of another Simpson washer, the washer is a great unit, the only thing that I miss from the previous model is a throttle control, on the old model I would run at lower RPM for more or less pressure, yes you can adjust the pressure on the pump, but the throttle was a bit easier. This new model works great I just miss having the throttle. I still love the washer.

The pressure washer is an extremely good machine. It handles every job with ease and starts real easy.

Small fuel capacity

Great power from this compact washer! It could use a larger fuel tank in my opinion but is enough time working to take a break!

I am extremely disappointed

I recently purchased this pressure washer to use on a daily basis. I had a really bad experience since I opened the box in the beginning I noticed welds coming off. Then when I began using the pressure washer I noticed oil started leaking from the engine. I wouldn’t recommend.

Easy set up and great power
