Outstanding Performance

I’ve used the pressure washer 4 times and I’m totally impressed by it outstanding performance and quality. It’s light weight but performs like a heavy duty unit.

Warranty no good

Got pressure washer at Lowe's, paid for extended warranty, pressure washer stopped working, called factory about warranty, factory told me to take it to there person that works on them he says it don't have a warranty, ( this took 2 weeks to tell me this) so if you buy , they will not stand behind the warranty I paid for extended warranty waste the money, I'm sure they will respond, saying they are sorry because I wrote this review they are sorry, they are sorry because you didn't warranty my ...

Great pressure washer, just needs better hose

Hose is not long enough or flexible enough

Junk!!!

Junk didn't not work right out of the box. No pressure finally got it to work and within 20 minutes pump seized up. Took back to lowes for a refund or replacement and was told I had to send it off for repair. Between the power washer and 3 yr warranty I've paid $730 dollars and still have no power washer to use.

Great powerwasher

Excellent quality and durability. We have 2 of them one in Michigan thatvwe have had for 10 years and all my neighbors borrow it. And now I have the same one in Florida. Pwoerful enough to use a 15" spin er power head without leaving straks or swirls.

Love and displeasure and still gave it a 5 star.

My reason for purchasing the Simpson was it is Honda equipped and IMHO it would rate 5 stars. Now for my displeasure, I never would have bought this model if I would have known it was discontinued. When did I find out you ask. While receiving the email to write this review. The Christmas present to myself has reared its ugly head.

Simpson is a great pressure washer!

I used a friend's and it worked great. So I bought 1 for myself. Been so busy I haven't even put it together yet, plus it's cold outside, Jan N Ga.

horrible warranty

Ive had mine for two years, only used it a half dozen times. Took it in for warranty. Was told i would have to pay a non-refundable 60 dollar diagnostic fee, if it was found to be a carb or any "adjacent" engine components (plus the repair costs), even though i was under warranty. Thought it was worth the 300 bucks to buy the nicer triplex pump, but i guess trash as well.

Loses pressure too often

When it’s running it’s good but loses pressure too often especially with the red tip.

Best pressure washer out there!

The working of this power washer.

I have used this power washer 5 times since being purchased. Each time the power washer started quickly and accomplished the task I had wanted to accomplish.

Great product, excellent price!

This appears to be an excellent machine for the price. I looked at other units and nothing came close to the quality and features of this product. Thanks Simpson, for putting this on the market.

Good product, would be better with a soap dispenser on the unit. Runs great easy to start.

Honda engines are the best in their field.

What's up with this?

If it wasn't discontinued I'd probably have waited to review. I have worked for American Honda for 30 years, and have the highest regard for their products. However, one week after purchasing this machine, I encountered a major oil leak from the engine. It is currently in the shop under a warrantee claim. These things happen. I will never discredit my bread and butter.

Less then impressed

Returned with in a day, the machine moved around in circles and wrapped the hose around it self. The motor appeared to be working too hard for the amount of PSI. Its low profile did not allow the hose to stay in its holder . Yep not impressed. Lowes made it very easy to return.
