What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this pressure washer for its exceptional 4200-4400 PSI power and durability, with most highlighting its ability to cut cleaning time in half on driveways, concrete, and siding. The Honda GX390 engine earns consistent praise for reliable starts and longevity confidence. Reviewers emphasize the heavy-duty construction and professional-grade build quality. A small number report warranty service challenges, pump leaks, and note the unit is heavy and requires manual consultation for maintenance. Despite minor drawbacks, most customers consider it an excellent investment for serious cleaning tasks.

Plenty of power, easy to start, quality build. My old pressure washer was 3000 psi so the jump to 4400 psi was a huge improvement.

Poor quality washer Model # PS4240-S
I am having to get warranty work done for the second time in just over a year losing over two months of operation and time/money taking to service center that is close to an hour away. My friend purchased the same unit around the same time (April 2025) and has had his fixed once already for the same exact reason.

There are a few items that I believe that they could improve on. The markings for the choke position and fuel on are very small and would be better if they were marked larger and bolder. My previous unit had an idle down feature when the trigger was off that was very nice because there wasn't the same urgency to have keep the the water flow co...
