What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this pressure washer for its exceptional 4200-4400 PSI power and durability, with most highlighting its ability to cut cleaning time in half on driveways, concrete, and siding. The Honda GX390 engine earns consistent praise for reliable starts and longevity confidence. Reviewers emphasize the heavy-duty construction and professional-grade build quality. A small number report warranty service challenges, pump leaks, and note the unit is heavy and requires manual consultation for maintenance. Despite minor drawbacks, most customers consider it an excellent investment for serious cleaning tasks.

Perfect pressure washer for high pressure needs. Used to take paint off my patio. Works great. Love the Honda engine, I know it will last for years.

Very Good Power & Water Flow
I received my Simpson PS60843 4400 psi 4 GMP pressure washer on 6-2-2026. Installed oil and gas. It fired right up. Great pressure! Cleaned pitted concrete driveway. And good water flow at 4 gpm.

CHEAP SPARK PLUG
Starting off I could not crank the washer.....After the tenth pull and it was still not firing...I took out the Spark Plug,,, I found that the GAP WAS CLOSED. so I set the gap and pulled again. Started to fire then back fired... Then no fire...Reset the plug... Cranked right up... Did a Great Job on cleaning concrete with the Whirie....Since then, I have replaced the plug..........For the cost of the machine,,,you CHEAPEDOUT on the spark plug......

Great Product
I purchased two weeks ago and it already paid for itself the cost of having someone do the entire house and the pavers in the backyard around the pool. It was much more cost-effective to purchase the Simpson 4200 power washer with all the attachments

Lowes Quality Control
Would RecommendI just picked up this product from Lowes after 10 days waiting on special order. The product packaging was opened and box dented. I was assured that it was Lowes confirming the product packaging. I came home and inspected the washer and the shroud was dented. Lowes customer service states we have to REORDER the product and that there isn't anything further they can do. Beware of special ordering through Lowes.
