We've had different kinds of kitchen garbage cans over the years and this is by far the best. It is easy to change the bag and easy to remove a full bag. It doesn't tip over. It blocks odors from escaping. The lid is super quiet. It's easier to clean than the kind that are all metal. The size is just right. Love it!

Best trash can
This is a great trashcan. I love the step feature and the bags fit perfect. No more bags falling in the can.

Wish it fit regular bags.
Wish it fit regular bags. I do not shop online and will not buy specialty bags. Wish I would have bought the Glad version. Bought SimpleHuman because it was recommended on America’s Test Kitchen

Step Can
We are now proud owners of two 45L plastic rectangular step cans. We have had one in our Lake House for a while. It was time to replace the trash can in our Country Home. This can is easy to keep clean, looks great, and easy removal and replacement of can liner.

Rectangular trash can
Love the convenience of the trash bags being stowed away in it’s own compartment in the back of the trash can.

Nice product, but need more attention to details
The trash can is stylish and good quality. It will be much better if it has a handle or something that one can hold on to easily for moving it. When I need to move it away for mopping and vacuuming the floor, it makes some annoying noise. If I just grab the top of the trash can, it comes off.

Love It. Stylish and Functional.
I'm very pleased with this trashcan. We used to have a stainless steel automatic opening can by a different brand that I bought this to replace. The automatic opening feature stopped working after a while and I was tired of always trying to keep the stainless looking polished. I don't miss the look of stainless at all as this is a nice sleek grey and has a stainless rim to give a bit of style. To me, this is a better value than an all-stainless can and looks just as good. I love the pedal oper...
