Silly problem
I love the size and shape. The part that you step on is large and convenient. My only issue is if you step on it quickly one side of the lid pops off and I constantly have to push it back down.

Looks great
The can looks very nice and works good. It is supposed to have 5 year warranty. We had it only for three weeks or so hard to say yet how long it will last or what would happen if something breaks. So far everything is great!

Silent Close Lid does not work consistently.
The "Silent Close Lid" works consistently only if the lid is opened all the way. The lid does not consistently work to silently close from partially open positions and slams shut just like an ordinary trash can lid unless the lid is opened completely. The silent closer lid does not catch itself overly well even when closing from the completely open position. I was hoping for a little better quality in this product. The best I can say is that this trashcan is "Okay". I am guessing that I got what...

This is a good size and useful trash bin
it keeps the lid and the size is just the perfect fit for our home. We now have two of them - quite possibly getting a 3rd one for the garage. Thank you!

Great!
The previous trash can I was using was awful and I kept meaning to replace it. When this one finally arrived, I honestly felt like my quality of life improved. This trash can has a soft close lid, the pedal consistently works, the lid stays attached, and the bag doesn't slide down or fall. It seems like such a small thing, but this is an awesome trash can.
