Worked out of the box when delivered. One day later could hear motor spin but no soap. Opened up base (three screws) and saw that black elastic belt fell off the guide. I easily remounted it on the motor and pump guides and all works fine. No idea why it disengaged in first place but has been working fine for past two weeks. Toggle buttons to control amount of soap dispensed work as instructed.

Excellent soap dispenser
It is so easy to use and refill, and it rarely dispenses soap by accident. Its small footprint makes it ideal for small spaces, and yet it holds a lot of soap. You can adjust the amount of soap that comes out, making it very economical. I especially like that you don’t have to dilute the liquid soap before filling it, like with foaming dispensers.
