Bad out of box
I had one of these for several years. It was great. I replaced it recently when it finally died. The new one didn’t work out of the box. Won’t pump soap. The light just blinks furiously. Would not buy again.

Small tiny soap dispense
The hoke is too small to dispense dishwashing liquid. They should make the dispenser whole larger so we can get more soap needed.

Love it
My friends laugh at me for having a fancy soap dispenser, but it’s one of those things I didn’t realize I needed. Takes up a lot less space than a big container of dish soap and blends in with the kitchen to look less cluttered. I like you can adjust how much soap comes out.

Good hands free option
We really liked the look of the rechargeable model, but it didn’t hold a charge for long (even after being replaced twice). The look of this model is chrome, which is not as attractive, but we like that we can use our own rechargeable batteries.
