What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the mailbox for its sturdy construction, easy assembly, and attractive appearance. The no-dig design is widely appreciated as a convenient, time-saving solution requiring no digging or post-driving, often completed in under an hour. Many highlight durability, curb appeal, and the dual-door design for safe mail retrieval. Most find it high quality and functional. A recurring challenge involves filling the base with sand through a narrow opening; many report wet sand clumps and find the included funnel inadequate. Despite this drawback, most customers consider it an excellent, worthwhile investment.

Would Not Recommendreally like the style and size of mailbox but very disappointed in the quality work in the doors! they fall off when opened! Says to tighten sides up to hold them but doesn't work! had to drill holes and put bolts to hold them on! A simple fix of product making contacts longer?
Great for the price.
Would RecommendIt was easy to put together and it looks nice. It takes more sand than I thought it would but didn’t think to check so that was on me. I occasionally have an issue with water getting in through the top where there is a gap between the lid and the mailbox when it rains but I can get something to seal it better. For the price I’m happy with the quality. It beats having to pound a stake into the yard and I live where it snows so I can make it easier on me and the mailman by shoveling out my drivewa...
Cheap door design sinks overall good box.
Would Not RecommendThe doors on this box are attached via small plastic dowels. One of the doors on my unit came with a broken dowel. So there seems to be QA issues already. These dowels do not fit snuggly into the box and thus the door slips off if not opened carefully. My mail carrier has left the door inside my box three times now and I've only had this for a month. I don't blame her, she has to work quickly and doesn't have time to finagle a cheap product. The box is otherwise excellent and easy to put to...

No digging, easy to install, sand is a pain :-)
Would RecommendEasy to put together, but I, like others received parts that didn't fit together i.e, Two A's instead of A and B. But company was quick and nice and sent them out. It didn't take all the sand it said it would, although I did have the sand dried. Sand takes forever to fill, the opening is small. It comes with a funnel but buy a larger one. Anyway, we shall see. Sturdy and looks great.
Quality
Would Not RecommendBox was missing instructions and one of the bottom pieces didn’t have the holes drilled.

Good-looking product.
Would RecommendGood looking and sturdy. Important to follow sequence of instructions, we didn't at first so a tab broke on one of the doors, but the company promptly sent a replacement door free of charge. Be sure to use playground sand as the opening for pouring in (with the funnel provided) is small. Overall, we are very pleased with the product.
