Good quality but no attention to detail.

We received our cabinets when promised. The cabinets were made out of good quality material. The cabinets we’re poorly packed to prevent scratching during shipment. We had many doors that needed replaced. One of my biggest gripes was the attention to detail. Many cabinet door and drawers were not even or misaligned. Purchased for a kitchen remodel during COVID shutdown. Chose it because designer at Lowe’s recommended especially considering this company had a 6-8wk turnaround when other companies were much longer. We didn’t want stock cabinets because we wanted the easy-close and full-extension drawers, which we ordered. They look beautiful and we are very happy with the product.

I am so disappointed in the quality of these cabinets. Within days of install, every cabinet began to chip and wear. I seriously think I would have gotten better quality with IKEA cabinets. We spent about $11,000.00 for these cabinets from Lowes for our small kitchen. Just spend the extra money, it's not worth saving the extra $5000.00. The whole experience from design to manufacturing speed has been a nightmare. Our installers will have come out 3 times to complete the job that has taken over 5...

Affordable

This project has been in the plans for the past 5 years. The 'last' major project after we decided to buy a foreclosure and renovating ourselves. My wife and I did all the cabinets, but left the floor and countertops to some more qualified. The process from designing, to ordering to the waiting on the manufacture and delivery was time consuming, but expected.

Gorgeous look

These cabinets are gorgeous. They are sleek and stylish, and oh so practical. I particularly love the pull out shelf, the lower corner cabinet, tray cabinet, and extra deep cabinet above my fridge. In the picture you can see the added depth of this cabinet compared with the rest of the cabinets. It's perfect for storing the baking ware that only gets used once or twice a year. We bought these in February and the whole process went smoothly. Dianna and Diane at Lowes were both very helpful thru the whole process. Tom the installer did a fantastic job installing the new cabinets, I would definitely use him again. I will be purchasing Shenandoah cabinetry for the 2 bathrooms when we remodel them next.

Laundry Room Makeover!

We redid our laundry room in January and are so happy!! Lots of extra storage, shoe and jacket space for the kid stuff and I love the hanging rod that I use to dry clothes I don’t want to put in the dryer. We even added storage bins for dog and cat food and a sink. Don’t even mind doing laundry these days!!

Other than the paint chipping off easily at the bottom of the cabinet we are very happy with the product....would appear to be due to the cabinets being painted vs wood
