Lookin' Good!

WE finally renovated our kitchen and are loving it! These cabinets are so great and the color really is wonderful. Very affordable (even with higher prices due to the pandemic) and we love that they can't be slammed shut, but just slowly close.

Nice quality

Very nice experience through the whole process. Excellent quality product and priced very competitively.

Overall not great

Poor finish, 3 broken boxes 1 box scratch in bottom of interior. Poor quality control

Solid and great looking

Bought these a few months ago and so far so good. Very clean and sturdy thus far and I could not be happier. I would have liked to have seen stronger set up of the trash been drawer so we will see what time does with that one. The lazy Suzan is strong and smooth and all hinges and soft close seem to be great. Original shipping was good to, we only had a single door that had an issue. Over all, great stuff.

Nice product

Shenandoah customer service was very easy to work with. Some changes in design were made before manufacturing and cabinets were received with expected changes. Cabinets were delivered as originally promised. Very easy process.

When we ordered our cabinets, we were concerned about the long delivery time, but they came 7 weeks early.

great look and features

I was really happy with our experience except for the delivery which was by a third party that rough handled the cabinets, One had to be replaced. The other issue was the crown molding. First it wasn't wide enough and then replacements took more that 2 months to get right and returned. The lady at lowes was very attentive and helpful, I would really appreciate a quart of the paint color so that I can match some of trim I had to use to finish the project. Love the design and color of the cabinets. They came in complete with additional parts and materials for easy installation.

Soft material dents easy, lots of cracks

Sent photos to Matt in Lowes. Shelving in bottom of cabinets were glued to the bottom because assembly didn't allow enough time to dry. When we took cabinet doors off cabinet above microwave and fridge were damaged. Back of 1 cabinet was cracked, had to order more shelving brackets since didn't get enough. Matt was amazing at Lowes to resolve issues but I feel Shenandoah should offer some compensation back for the inconvenience of damages and delays. I have 6 photos but not sure if they attached...

Looks Great

Love the look of my cabinets. The style makes my kitchen more modern.

The waiting is not yet over

Manufacturing delays compounded by items lost in shipment made for a very long wait period for our cabinets. Now the wait continues as we try and get items on our punch list resolved.

Average cabinets that lack quality control

Overall the cabinets are satisfactory if you don't look too closely. They came with scuffs and marks that I would have thought would be caught during quality control checks. Some may have been due to shipping but it's hard to know for certain. Pantry cabinets came without interior shelves, which I had to ask for. The interior shelves they sent seem to be lower quality. Every shelf had a piece chip off the edge when snapping them into the shelf clips, and if i slide something out the front lamina...

Ok but needs improvement

These cabinets are good, that is it! There are areas that can be improved such as: Doors being installed true and straight, less warping in the doors (several bowed in the middle), more attention to quality especially hardware installation. Overall good looking cabinets and after we were finished fixing the items, the customer was extremely happy. No touch up pen was included.

Look as good as advertised

Very pleased with design and cohesiveness of appearance.

Functional cabinets

The cabinets are okay. While they are functional there are areas of glue not wiped off; poor craftsmanship inside of the doors; peeling paint inside doors; some cabinet bottoms are not painted and some are; overall poor craftsmanship.

Cabinets are beautiful

The cabinets are great just what I asked for but the installation is another story. I have been waiting for a while to get them completely installed. I've paid for all that needs to be paid. I think that the installation process needs to be reevaluated because my kitchen has been down for a minute and I don't like it.
