When we bought this house (a year ago) we decided to do a complete reconstruct to our kitchen. We consulted with Lowes designer, and decided on the cabinets we discussed and the time-line. Our finished kitchen took six months but now looks like this:

I love my new cabinets and the easy close feature. Very glad I chose these.

Built solid

I redone my entire kitchen and I am very happy with the outcome. Cabinets are solid and trim looks great. Only thing I didn't like was some hinges were loose and adjustments can be frustrating. Some doors were scratched and I was sent new ones for replacement.

At least they looked good

It took two months to get them. 2 cabinets were damaged, 2 cabinets did not have the holes for shelf dowels and one sink base had holes for shelf dowels. I got tired of waiting for replacements and had a cabinet builder repair all the damage and mistakes.

Do not order any cabinets

We ordered cabinets in September and didn’t receive the first cabinet till late March. The last cabinet was delivered in may. We ordered a total of 24 cabinets and all but 2 cabinets need the doors replaced. Poor quality control! The doors had so much debris in the paint and had holes that were not filled in before being painted. Furniture end cabinets had big gaps. Do not order the cabinets if you want poor quality.

Excellent materials, some quality control needed

I ordered wall cabinets, base cabinets and plywood and fillers. They arrived a little sooner than promised. Upon inspection, one had to be reordered due to a shipping issue (even though they were very well packed). One had to be reordered due to poor assembly. Putting then together I found a few other defects but was able to work around them. Everything I ordered was delivered and the damaged and defective cabinets were redelivered. The finish was very good and the hardware was great.

Good quality cabinets

I had my cabinets installed a few months ago. I enjoy the soft close, the ease of cleaning and the color is natural and easy on the eyes. I did not want a ‘harsh’ bright white kitchen and the Rye was a good choice. Very affordable and still good quality. Delivery was on time and service was excellent. Very happy!

Beautiful Kitchen Rebuild

I'm delighted with the style, color and design of the kitchen cabinets. They are built well and fit design specifications well. The overall quality of the stain is good, but there are areas in which the stain disappointing.

Cabinet in august it’s now December and I still can’t use my kitchen

it took 6 months for it to get here i had one delay after another. It was too pricey.

Beautiful cabinets, well built

Our cabinets were installed about a month ago I love the way they turned out. The installer commented on them being nice well built cabinets that deserved a hard surface counter which made me feel good about the purchase!

Poor craftsmanship with this set of cabinets.

Bought from Shenandoah twice before with satisfactory results, this experience was very disappointing, workmanship was very poor.

nice cabinets

We received all pieces but one piece was not the right size. Contacted Lowes and they right size is on the order. I have had the cabinet for several weeks. When will the right one get here?

Everyone was great from the associate Allen at Lowe’s to phone calls of when it would be ready and also the installers fantastic great job

Good price, decent quality, some issues

Happy w/ the cabinets. Some issues w/ corner cabinet doors drooping. Needed adjustments. a few of the doors didn't close correctly needing adjustments. One door was warped. One door was totally wrong model. One door had missing screws. I imagine it's tough for every industry during these times w/ quality control. Lowes sales/design person was awesome. Shenandoh did fix all of the problems. Hoping that long term reliability will be good with the adjustments that I had to make (replacing...
