Damaged cabinets

Cabinets arrived damaged. Couldn’t wait for replacement. Asked Lowe’s about a discount but wasn’t given one. Very disappointed.

Not as good as they used to be.

The way the drawer faces mount to the drawer boxes is low quality. The brackets covers come in contact with the cabinet face sometimes and the brackets aren’t always positioned correctly so the drawer face doesn’t hit the bumpers and sometimes they are super crooked. Also, the delivery people were rough on them as I watched them off loaded into the garage. They carried them upside down. Set them down very hard and handled them with a lack of care. Horrible

I really wish I would’ve pushed back on my design consultant when they suggested this brand. I’m out months without my cabinets due to not quality and re-order issues. Re-order turnaround is pretty quickly. The quality still continues to suffer. I have to believe that the markup on these is so much that they don’t care that they continue to turn out a product.

Pretty but damaged

While the cabinets are lovely, many of them arrived damaged, most likely caused by poor packaging and/or shipping. Shenandoah is replacing them but it has delayed our project which is frustrating.

Kitchen upgrade

Great upgrade to my kitchen- lots of storage and matches my countertop easy to clean and junk out of sight Plus makes a great cutting table the second best upgrade to this 60 year old house (sorry but my 144 sq ft bathroom addition is still number one

New kitchen cabinets

Love the new kitchen cabinets in all it looks great. Do have a few issues. There is one cabinet door that the interior trim design is crooked on the door panel. Two other doors hit when closing

Shenandoah Cabinets for my Shop

The cabinets have been installed, but the countertop has yet to be installed. I am still waiting. On that. There was a set of two separate cabinets in one place and one cabinet was a tiny bit taller than the other one which cause leveling problems for the countertop. And the same thing happened in my kitchenette area, where there was three cabinets that met each other and they were not exactly the same size by around a fourth of an inch.. The cabinets are perfect and beautiful, I love the slow closing options. The measurements were wrong and it was corrected immediately.

The cabinets were beautiful and loved the color. A few of the cabinets had minor damage but luckily it was in places that did not show. Otherwise it turned out great!

Poor quality!

The quality of this cabinets are horrible. I opened a box on one of the cabinets that had drawers and the drawer facing fell off. The lazy Susan I bought not only does the spinning carousel scrape against the side of the wall. Put the hinge on the door was not put in place correctly so the door does not lay flush against the cabinet and has a large gap. Had to get a replacement roar because the construction on one of them was pulling apart.

I think the quality is very good. Lead time was a little long and price was somewhat high.

We are very satisfied with cabinets. Installer says quality cabinets. Countertop installer also liked cabinets.

Poor workmanship of cabinets.

We had to reorder some cabinets that had paint flaws. Many of the drawers and cabinets are not flush. Installers did their best to make them even.

I really like the design but the finish isn’t as nice as I was hoping. I’m going to try a good furniture polish to see if that helps.

Cabinets are more than what I expected. Love the refrigerator enclosure and side panels; adds class and functionality
