This is the best microwave we have ever owned. It saves space and has a mostly accurate reheat feature. I do wish however that it had a defrost feature for bread.

Would Not RecommendSo far the powered drawer and electronic controls have worked as they should. I like being able to see what I’m cooking so the jury is still out on that feature. Still getting used to opening a drawer rather than a door.

Even if this is the best microwave ever created, the fact that Sharp can't just link to an install manual from the page is kind of frustrating. "Here's our product. Want to know how to install it? I was replacing a old one and I was directed to Sharp by my brother. Glad he said something.! I was looking for a "w" brand but they never got back to me. This is way better

Not a quiet microwave
Would Not RecommendA little disappointed in how loud this microwave is - it almost rattles. The control board that pulls out appears to be of poor quality and I hope it can withstand a few years of service.

Problem with new microwave
Would Not RecommendReplaced older sharp microwave because of electrical arching and sparks. My model and dates confirmed to the settlement of the class action suit, however, my claim was denied! It is now in appeal. The new microwave has a control panel that must be tipped out to see. The clock also cannot be seen if the controls are not opened. This is the major complaint that I have. This along with the incredibly high price.

Not a tough appliance. Has to be handled gently.
Would Not RecommendIt is ok. It is great when it works but I find this Microwave to be finicky. It has to sit just right and be operated carefully to work. It is not even one year since I bought it and electronics is showing the sign of breaking. Can't recommend to friends.
