Best brand ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not the product I have,so I will tell you about mine.It is a Sharp Ky Blue Microwave that fits in a small space.It is reliable and very cute.All I need foir 2 people.Will not buy any other brand.Have used it for many years.

Do not buy this!

Do not buy this! The microwave is low power, but good enough. The convection oven and toaster are completely useless. I made a recipe that I've made hundreds of times in other ovens and toaster ovens, and it took more than double the time. If you like this style, save your money and get the other model with only a microwave.

Spectacular features for cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for a month now and couldn't be happier. I've made pizza, roasted chicken and made bread. There just doesn't seem to be anything you can't do in this Sharp Microwave Drawer. I love it for its easy to use, easy to clean and looks great.

Very poor product

We purchased this item several months ago and have been working very hard to make it work for us but it is just not acceptable on every level. The microwave takes 3-4 times longer than any we've ever owned. The convection and other features just do not work. We've tried numerous settings, racks, timing an none will adequately bake or brown anything. We have contacted Sharp customer service several times and they indicate that "It meets specification" and it's just a lower watt unit. The ...

worked then quit

Installed worked for a few days then I tried using the sensor heating settings and it quit heating all together. The fan would still kick in but no heating. I had to unplug it to reset it. It would work for a short time and do the same thing. I contacted support and they told me my electrican needed to come take a look at my outlet wiring. He did come take a look, no issue. Takes Forever to Cook

I had the original Sharp microwave drawer and loved it. This one I was excited because it air fries and toasts. But to microwave anything takes twice as long as any other microwave I’ve had. I hate it.

haven't even used mine yet and its broken twice. Lowes sells junk .. 4 appliances purchased all at once and 3 are defective.

does not work on first start

drawer opens/closes, lets you select desired setting for cooking and starts but does not heat a thing. called for service already. looks great but now just another useless appliance taking up a hole in my cabinet. thanks sharp/Lowe's! this is not the first time from Lowe's... i should have learned my lesson.
