Disappointing at best.

Very disappointed. Firstly the MW oven does not heat quickly. I need 3+ minutes to heat water for tea, and even then it is not hot. After some research I discovered it is only a 900Watt MW, I am use to at least 1200. Next the wave technology for opening does not work consistently. I have to open the panel each time I need to get into the oven. I have to question why these oven do not come with a circulating plate like just about every other MW I have ever owned. Stay away

Underpowered as noted by many - won't even do 'microwave popcorn'. Terrible WiFi setup which is lost when the power goes out, grilling / toasting is a joke, and now after 18 months it broken so I'm leaving the brand. Massive waste of $$$.

Junk out of the box

Plug in and its says enjoy. I set the time, draw wont open. I close the panel and then open...Enjoy......set he time. I do this 5 times. Draw still wont open Start doesn't work. After unpluging it twice and trying to get it to work it went dark and its now dead!!!!! You would think after 20 years Sharp (the inventer of the draw!!!!) could make a product that works. This is the 20th 1 star review. $2000+ for a hunk of crap.

Slow & unreliable...but at least it was expensive!

The single worst kitchen appliance we've ever purchased...easily. Purchased in late 2021. It has been in service about 3 and a half years and the control touch panel just went out (no matter what you push it accepts it as '7'). Prior to the unit failing completely, it suffered from extremely poor performance. The microwave is only 950w...so extremely under powered. Want to make a bag of popcorn? don't understand the question

By microwave was beautiful and a great concept only worked for one day. They came out to repair it. And now it has worked for one month and that has stopped working again.

Not user friendly!!

I think this could be a great addition to for a kitchen. However the operation is very difficult to accomplish. The operating manual is very poorly written not complete and sadly we will never get the full use of it in our newly remodeled kitchen. If I could replace it without all the expense l would!!

Not what I hoped for!

Waste of money

This product only lasted 3 months. It worked great up until it died right after the MF warranty ended. I reached out to customer service and they recommended to buy a new one. Not buying this product again.

I was so excited for this product when we finally decided to remodel our kitchen. It’s been nothing but disappointment since. It’s marketed as a multi function microwave drawer, and it performs poorly across the board. The air fryer sucks - took me 45 minutes to make chicken nuggets and they didn’t even crisp up.
