Does Its Job Very Well

It is a great microwave that takes up no space. Well worth the premium price.

Overall great but repair irritating

Very useful product. Used daily in our house for over 6 1/2 years. Criticism is when the touch panel stopped responding, the only repair was to replace the entire assembly. However I figured out it was the connection that was faulty and disassembled, gave some semiconductor cleaner, reassembled and it has been working like new since then.

Could be a little more powerful but overall .....

nice unit with nice features, offers a lot of programing making thawing easier as well as reheating. Looks good but just wish it were a bit more powerful

Great Microwave

I love this drawer microwave. Its sleek design fits well in my modern kitchen.

Convenient and easy to use

The sliding microwave is large enough for any of my dishes, but compact and saves space. I can put an air fryer or toaster right above where I would normally place a microwave. A little concerned about potential messes and cleaning but so far, it's spotless and easy to maintain.

Poor Quality

Draw makes jerky movements to open and close, doubting it will make it to the end of warranty. Touch buttons are horrible, takes multiple stabs before anything registers. Frustrating to say the least.

Great Under Counter Microwave

This microwave fits under our countertop which gave us a lot of flexibility in the kitchen layout. It works well, though our original microwave stopped working after 5 years. We replaced it with a new one because it would fit in the same space but I am concerned about it's longterm reliability. The control panel on top has some issues. It's great that it can fold away when not in use, but when pushing the controls it's easy to have the panel snap back in and nip your finger. Also the controls...

Sleek and efficient

This microwave is unobtrusive and drops out of sight . The window and the stainless steel surround are aesthetically pleasing. Controls are easy to use.

Really Sharp!!!

We absolutely love our new built in microwave from sharp! The features, functionality, and most importantly the warming and cooking capabilities are amazing! This microwave is a huge upgrade from our previous LG model that we really enjoyed.

Reasonable price for this type of drawer microwave

The product has a pretty stainless finish and very easy to install.

Good, with shortcomings

This does a great job at what it was designed to do. I wish it had a carousel, the absence of which we weren't aware of. The one other issue we have is that we heat drinks at night- if you put to much in the mug, it sloshes out.

A ton of features including 3 beverage settings

Our idea was to free up counter space and this certainly does. We absolutely love this microwave

Sharp Microwave is EXPENSIVE and did not LAST

The Microwave is expensive and did not last more than four years Nobody will repair

Sharp is a good brand of drawer microwave, general

Looked great, but door would drag when opening and closing. Didn’t close all the way, either. Returned. Will try another Sharp bc our first drawer microwave lasted 15 years, until someone cooked rice at wrong setting.

Choose another location with a different store man

I was given the wrong product but didn’t realize until I got home and brought it inside. The store manager blamed the vendor (Sharp) and said I needed to bring it back if I wanted the one to order the right one! I decided to keep the one they gave me!!

Keep looking for another microwave drawer!

Bought this unit and had it installed three days ago. Needs service already. The door of the drawer is not closing properly, and needs adjustment by a technician. Also, at times it adds an extra30 seconds of cooking time without you having asked it to do so. Suggestive of quite poor quality control. The buttons are quite finicky. If you don't hit the exact right spot, they don't work. If you decide to buy this unit, I urge you to buy the extended warranty! Consider yourself warned.
