Excellent drawer microwave

Excellent drawer microwave that stands above the other manufacturers' in both fit and finish. It installs into the counter and is best utilized at about waist level - just under the countertop. Not for everyone but it makes removing hot dishes safer and a lot easier than over the range models. This unit is wheelchair accessible due to the use of a motorized drawer instead of a swing door like the majority of units. Great microwave

It works great and we especially like the drawer. The one downside is the clock light. It is very bright and there is no way to dim it. We cover it so we can still use it when programming it. If they added a programmable dimmer it would be a big help

Nice Microwave

we love the microwave but when we installed it there is a problem with the door not staying closed. i reported this but was told there is a 48 hour limit for me to report any problems for a warranty or replacement. We were renovating our Kitchen so we ordered this sharp microwave to be onsite when we were ready for it so we tried to install about 10 days after delivery. So I was told by lowes that my only option was to contact the manufacturer and i did and i am still waiting for a resolution.

Terrible UI for two reasons you should know

The primary shortcoming of this microwave is the display. The illuminated center window is blinding bright and shows the time. Unfortunately, all the buttons you need to press are not illuminated, so you must turn your kitchen lights on to operate the microwave. I hate that. The second UI shortcoming is the menu system. A few things probably get used all the time, like open, close, start, stop, and power level. Unfortunately, the display panel is filled with buttons that rarely get used. ...

Don't trust Lowe's installation service

I was told at the store that the delivery would include installation. When the delivery team showed up they said that they could not install and left the microwave for me to deal with. They said the store had made a mistake and there was nothing they could do. I paid for disposal, and they said that I could call the office and arrange for disposal after I had someone install the new microwave. I arranged for my own installation...which I paid for...and never got reimbursed for the disposal which...

Nice drawer microwave

We purchased this microwave to replace our old Sharp Microwave. We loved the option of the handle and more preset options. Unfortunately, it was shorter than our previous model, so there was a 1 inch gap between the counter and the microwave. This was our fault, not the fault of Lowe's or Sharp

Great Microwave

It is easy to use and we didn't want to learn how to use a different microwave. In addition, we like the control panel and weren't fond of the control panels that flip out.
