Would RecommendThis check valve was extremely easy to install and works perfect. With the new push on and pull back installation design it was very quick to install. And when I was finished with my project there weren’t any leaks.

Dont use in direct line recirc hot water sys
Would Not RecommendResidential homeowners use this valve most frequently to ensure one direction flow of hot water in a recirculation hot water system. BE VERY CAREFUL in understanding whether your pump is strong enough to push water through this check valve. There is an energy saving move to the use of low wattage recirculating pumps, such as the Gronfos Comfort line of pumps that use only 6 to 8 watts. The problem is that these pumps flow water at only 1.5 - 1.8 PSI. That's not strong enough to crack this...
