Would Not RecommendNew dryers need a cold water line for a steam cycle. The adapter from the dryer provided is female, the outlet on the box is female. A 3/4th male adapter is too large. There isn't enough room under the nipple for the adapter to turn for tightening.

The valves are of an ok quality for a ball valve, I expect they'll be troublesome after a few years. Would Not RecommendAs has been mentioned previously, the knockouts for the drain pipe doesn't work. I made the mistake of believing the directions. If I had it to do over I would use a 1 1/2" drill saw to cut out the drain hole. Flimsy plastic box. Now I wonder about other Sharkbite products.
