Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this washer outlet box for its ease of installation, reliable performance, and compatibility with push-fit connections. Most appreciate the no-torch design, smooth quarter-turn valves, and ability to retrofit existing plumbing without major overhaul. Reviewers consistently report leak-free operation and durable performance over time. The flush-mounted design provides neat, organized access. However, some note that knock-outs are difficult to remove without damaging the housing, and valve positioning can complicate alignment. A few express concerns about lightweight construction and long-term durability. Despite minor design challenges, most customers find it a worthwhile, effective solution for laundry room upgrades.

Time Saver!
Would RecommendEasy to install! Made for an easy fix! Love the shark bite fittings. As a woman who does most of her own repairs and fixes, this was a great setup.

Different depth
Would RecommendThis box was deeper than the one I already had and had to build out the wall for it to fit. I was not aware that they came in different depths. Other than that it's an excellent product.

Installed entire home with PEX A, found that Lowes doesn't offer the PEX A for the washer outlet box. I used this SharkBite box instead and was very pleased with it. I was disappointed that it caused the job to not be 100% PEX A but the install was easy and it looks great.

worthless
Would Not RecommendThis item is useless because you can't get a pex tool in to tighten the clamp around the pex pipe. buy the unit with the shark bite.

Not worth
Would Not RecommendBought this last week and installed the box. for the money you pay is just for the SharkBite. the box it self is trash. very flexible boxes which makes it unsquared after install. I would recommend something a little better.
Knockouts suck
Overall looks clean on the wall, but the knockouts are a joke. No perforation or groove, you just have to chisel and tear the stupid drain knockout off. Flimsy plastic makes me afraid I'll crack the whole thing trying to do the final part of the install. Also second other reviewers saying the standard drain pipe is 1.5" and the fitting on this box is 2"
