I didn't receive some of the items delivered.
Would Not RecommendThe web system is just as terrible! My order was delayed until the next day. When it arrived, 2 large wood balusters were completely missing. I paid for 5 items but only got 3 small items in a tiny plastic bag. The driver's photo proves the wood was never delivered. Worse, the system marked it "Fully Delivered" with no option to report missing items. Live Chat took forever, transferred me, and told me a team would call in 24 hours. Ridiculous and highly inefficient!
