Tall fescue grass is a durable, low maintenance grass. Tall fescue is drought tolerant and its thick growth naturally crowds out weeds. The Turf Builder 5.6 pounds is the perfect size for seeding bare spots. Try it :) I think you will like it :) Look for it on sale at Lowe's :)
