What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this handheld spreader for its lightweight design, simple crank mechanism, and reliable performance across grass seed, fertilizer, ice melt, and other lawn treatments. Reviewers consistently highlight exceptional ease of use, even coverage, and effectiveness in small or hard-to-reach areas where larger spreaders are impractical. Many compare it favorably to previous models and appreciate its compact size for convenient storage. The adjustable output by walking speed and crank rate allows precise control. A small number mention price concerns, and a few report isolated durability issues, though these are rare. Overall, most customers consider it a valuable, efficient upgrade for small lawn care jobs.

Worked surprisingly well
Would RecommendWorked well for me in a small section of yard I had to rehab. It spread grass seed well and fertilizer granules with no problem. Easier than brining out the big spreader as this allows for more precise spreading. I bought in April but think it may be handy in spreading ice melt in the winter too.

Sent Used Item
Would RecommendI purchased a new item and they sent a used barely turntable item.
Easy to use for beginners
Would RecommendI didnt have any issues with using this. The other ones with the wheels that you walk and push kept getting the product jammed up, but the handheld didnt.

It’s a handheld spreader
Would RecommendIt does what it’s designed to do. You put your medium in it, set the knob, pull the trigger and turn the crank. Good coverage. No issues

It is a good spreader
It is better using that to spread out ice melt then doing it by hand
