I used a 1lb bag in a 200 sq ft area to start a new lawn. I hand broadcasted on April 8th. I watered frequently, maybe 3-5 times a day. Temperatures were between 80-90 for the firat month. Germination took a lot longer than i expected, but these are unhulled seeds and temperatures weren't always above 85 daily which is really the sweet spot for this seed. Would Not RecommendI used this seed to over-seed my bermuda yard. I aerated first and then spread the seeds. It rained off and on for a week. After that, half of my yard turned completely brown. Dead. A landscaper friend told me to never buy seeds with fertilizer included. That's why it burnt my grass. I will never buy this product again. $160 down the drain.
