I purchased the seed and they were 6 months and two weeks out of date. I was already in the process of planting the seed when I saw that the package was out of date. I used the seed but I kept the sack and I will take it back to the store.

Would RecommendFilled in some holes in my yard with 50/50 topsoil/sand and then sprinkled this product on top. On the advice of Brandon in the Columbus Ga location, I covered the seeds with play sand and watered every night. One week later I had major growth. Very pleased with the out come.

Not Bermuda grass
This was my 3rd attempt using Scott’s Bermuda seed. The first two times I did not have one single blade of grass pop up. This year I’ve had nothing but crabgrass and goose grass growing instead of Bermuda. I’ve spent hours bent over in my yard pulling weeds instead of enjoying a nice yard.

Would Not RecommendFirst off, shame on me for not noticing the very faded "combination" wording at the top of the bag. The product title online says nothing about it being a fertalizer and seed product. I didn't realize until after I had cracked open a few and started spreading. There is almost no seed in these bags. Paid $250 for a lot of nothing. Absolutely bummed!
