[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife!!! Packaged and presented beautifully, it performs like no other. Exceptional quality. Couldn’t ask for a better product. The ridges make for easy of cutting, nothing sticks to the sides of the knife when chopping. It’s great.

I've tried products like this before send I was overwhelmed. Be careful very sharp. To say the least cuts amazing. Unbelievable.

One is an 8” Chef knife and the other is a 6” Prep knife. They are made by Schmidt Bros. and they’re made in the USA which is another reason I love them. They come packaged in a beautiful case and have sheaves with their logo on them for each knife allowing you to store them in your drawer and not having to worry about cutting yours...

Great Product!!

It is stainless steel and has a nice, grooved handle that helps you chop with a straight and clean cut. Will be buying more great cutlery by Schmidt Bros. for myself and for gifts!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in the process of becoming a chef. This knife is extremely lightweight and easy to use. Not like the big box store brands, this is razor sharp and I love it. My wife tried to take it and claim it as hers, as for her too is very much into cooking. I have a few great knives that are my go to, but this definitely winds hands down

Once opened the knife is carefully nestled inside along with a protective sheath. This prep knife is amazing. It cuts like a dream and will certainly be my go to knife in the kitchen. It’s now the best knife I own by far! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium prep knife.

Evolution Knives

I like that they’re a solid piece steel instead of having a separate handle. They arrived in a nice black wooden storage that also contained individual plastic sheathes.
