Beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I this recently and it is beautifully made. The knife appears to be made of quality. The sharpness scares me a bit lol. The handle fits comfortably in my hand. I sliced up some beef into thin strips with ease. I can't wait to use this for cutting other ingredients.

Great Knife

Evolution 6 inch Prep Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Evolution Prep Knife made by SCHMIDT BROS. It is made from premium 100% German Stainless Steal. It is designed with a grooved blade that reduces pressure in chopping. The knife cuts through meat and veggies like it is cutting through butter. I recommend this product!

Sharp with covers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Schimidt knives with covers are sharp and comes in a nice storage box. They have ridges which is different from others I've seen. They cut through fruits and vegetables easily. They would make a great gift.

Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new knife and thought we would try the Evolution 6" Prep Knife. Since getting this knife, I haven't used any of our older knives. It is easy to use and most importantly, really sharp. I have used this knife for everything I need to cut and it has worked great for me.

Very nice knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife a couple of weeks ago to test and give a review on. I was not expecting what I got. I was expecting a paring knife. This was a full size chef's knife and it came with a very nice case that has a leather tie to keep it closed. The knife was very shop straight from the box, so all I needed to do was give it a quick wash before using.

They are easy to wash and keep clean. They are protected when not in use by the heavy plastic sleeve. They are a high quality knife set.

It's very sharp and the rivets are designed to help cut through easier which seems to be the case. Cutting steaks, vegetables and fruits with this is wonderful!

First it came in a very nice box but I was hoping that it would come with a sheath to protect it as I am storing in a drawer. The box takes up too much room. Liked the weight and handling of the knife but it was not as sharp as I had hoped
