Worked when I figured it out.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a heavily used bathroom door. I installed it and it did not get tight in the door. After taking it apart a few times I finally figured out the metal ring that came with needed to be discarded and the only way I figured that was it said "for use with fire rated door". There was no other instructions whatsoever that explained that it is not needed.

Great Doorknob, they all come keyed the same!
Would RecommendGreat quality, overall very happy. You should know they will all come keyed the same, when I asked I was told if you order 10 doorknobs they re all coming with the same key. I assumed there were, for example, A-F key variety to randomize things and I would get unmatched doorknobs. So as a someone not experienced with buying doorknobs a lot, that may be helpful to someone else! You should plan to have it rekeyed and may want to just purchase in the Lowes store to make this easier on yourself. ...
