What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this washer for its remarkably quiet operation, excellent cleaning performance, and spacious capacity. Most highlight the efficient, low-vibration spin cycle, intuitive controls, and wide range of customizable wash settings that deliver consistently clean clothes with minimal water usage. Many appreciate how it handles bulky loads like bedding in single cycles, reducing laundry trips. The sleek design and easy-to-use control panel receive frequent praise. A small number report occasional spin-cycle noise or water leaks, though most consider these isolated issues outweighed by the washer's overall performance and reliability.

I originally bought a Samsung topload on Jun 8 but hated it. So I bought a frontload 3mos later on Sept 7 and it's the best decision I've ever made. Unfortunately I am out $700 from the prior machine though.

Great Features
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the feature where you put your soaps in the dispenser and it will automatically dispense for you. Fits a good amount of clothes and cleans perfectly with the AI feature. Sounds just like a washer and dryer but not overly too loud, but loud enough to where you find hear the beep when it’s done. Seems stable and doesn’t shake whenever washing or drying.
