Samsung uses IoT to send notifications through the home network to your phone to alert you when a door is left open too long. We also enjoy having dual ice makers. The beverage center is something that we wouldn't have thought of, but now couldn't imagine not having it. Samsung did an amazing job with this design.

Fantastic Fridge with Lots of Features

Pleasantly surprised

Great Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given it 5 stars, but the freezer stopped making ice the other day and the freezer temp dropped. All I had to do was turn it off at the breaker and back on and it reset everything. It actually started making a lot more ice now. We love the beverage center! Also the other complaint I have is we have trouble fitting a lot of tall beverage items like milk, due to the way the shelving is.

NO PANELS

No where on this particular product page does it tell you this will come to you with NO PANELS, based on the pic provided I thought I was ordering fridge with stainless steel panels. No where at check-out does it stop you and say "you forgot to add your panels" so this fridge was delivered with NO panels looking ridiculous, now having to wait 1 month for $500 panels-- buyer beware and know what you are getting, Lowes does not make this very clear, whatsover

Excellent refrigerator, must buy!

Ice maker very slow

I love the fact that the water is all inside the door, no more water deposit ruining the look of the outside. I have the black glass front panels ... so much easier to keep clean looking than the "black stainless" . The previous Samsung I had had the black stainless and it is fairly easier to mar and the black comes off so you have a big ugly place and no way to fix.
