The fridge barely lasted 3 years. We bought it Dec 2022, by Jan 31, 2026 the entire unit stopped cooling. I was excited for this product because I love the features. But We will never buy Samsung appliances again

The "Bespoke" part of the refrigerator is an absolute joke. The colors they did not discontinue (most are discontinued) are not available for purchase. Good luck customizing the fridge!

Worst company and product ever….save your money
This is the worst fridge ever! Do not waste your money. The warranty is a lie. Samsung will send out a company to steal your money then tell you they can’t do the work. Samsung is horrible. Took 8 weeks lawyer year for them to honor the warranty and replace the cooling system in a 1year old fridge. Then one year later and the cooling system and ice maker go out again.
