Love my new Samsung dishwasher- it is practically noisless, great capacity. I use the ‘one-hour’ cycle and it’s perfect - my dishes come out sparkling clean ad perfectly dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted the best and I do believe I got it!!! This thing is so quiet that you won’t even know it’s on. The AI is unbelievable. You can have a conversation with it and even control everything from your phone and or tablet. Truly the best investment ever.

Never again.....

As soon as warranty ran out handle broke, 2.5 years old stopped working. SAMSUNG JUNK.....

This dishwasher sucks. Some cap for the filter was not clicked in correctly and it starting throwing a leak control error. It’s a sensor problem cuz there isn’t a leak! Will start a cycle and then spirals and I cannot get this thing to work normal anymore. This is not a premium dishwasher. This was the second one I had delivered, as the first one wouldn’t work once installed. Overall the design is cheap and apparently the parts are too. Not sure where bowls are intended to go??? We found this dishwasher on the showroom floor at Lowe's. The salesman provided great information and we loved the look.

Cautiously optimistic.

The website ad for this dishwasher showed that My Lowe’s Rewards members would receive Next Day Delivery, Free installation, free install kit and Free 2-Year warranty. When I got to the store, they had put it on sale for a couple hundred dollars off. Great, but it no longer qualified for My Lowe’s Rewards. Now, delivery was not next day but 3-weeks and $176 additional. Extended warranty is no longer included, that was an additional $170. Lowe’s saved themselves quite a bit by lowering the price....

DO NOT BUY, FIRE HAZZARD

Purchased the dishwasher with a 5-year extended warranty from Samsung. Seven months later it stopped working and caught on fire. Samsung is giving me the run around about replacing it even though it is under warranty.

Door won't go flat- eventually my dishes will brea

Samsung says the bespoke door doesn't go parallel to the floor, be design. The door goes to about 30° from the floor. My plates literally roll in the rack. (Video is too big too attach or else you could see this) Samsung repair person came out, tried to adjust it and then said this is how it is designed. Why did you try to change it, if this is how it is designed. Samsung says the floor model at Lowes goes parallel to the floor because it is not hooked up. They need to advertise this if this...

Not Worth the Premium Price

This one is decent overall, but the cleaning performance on the third (top) rack is practically useless—it doesn’t clean anything up there. It’s definitely quiet, which is nice, but cleaning is the main purpose, and it doesn’t deliver considering the premium price. I’ve tried contacting Samsung Care to see if they could offer any advice or point out whether I might be doing something wrong.
