Ratings & Reviews for Samsung 24-in Top Control Built-in Dishwasher ( Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel ) With Third Rack, AutoRelease Door and StormWash , 38-Decibel

Definitely NOT quiet

Bought to replace a failing old Samsung Waterwall that was also rated at 38 decibels. That thing was so whisper quiet you often couldn't hear it standing right next to it? This thing? LOUD. Quiet operation was our main concern - and why we paid so much money for a dishwasher. Our kitchen is open to our living room so quiet operation was a must. This thing? It hit 54 decibels during a quick 10 minute test (see pic attached) after picking up a decibel meter just to be sure I wasn't hallucin...

Very Happy with our new dishwaser

Our new dishwasher is doing as expected, I will need to learn to load it better. I love it. One thing that someone could come up with is a quieter air gap. This is not the fault of the Dishwasher. I noticed with our last 2 drawer dishwasher we had an extender to the air gap by adding a additional hose line. I feel the additional length made the sound less noticeable.

Punked by Samsung again.

Purchased to replace a Samsung WaterWall that just didn't last - 4 repairs in 7 years. Stuck with Samsung to ensure the new dishwasher matched the color of the rest of our Samsung appliances. This thing is LOUD. 38 decibles? That was the rating on our old WaterWall as well, so I know what it should sound like - almost silent. This thing is NOT EVEN CLOSE to silent. It doesn't even have a sound insulation blanket around it and the product pictures clearly show one. Installer said "That's h...

No good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher 's capacity is not enough for pots and glasses. The espace for glasses is small for glasses of 16 oz and the space for the pots and saucepan does not hold the pieze.

The Best Dishwasher I’ve Owned — Silent, Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung dishwasher. It’s incredibly quiet, which makes a huge difference in an open kitchen — you barely notice it’s running. The cleaning and drying performance is outstanding and everything comes out spotless and ready to put away. One of my favorite things is how easy it is to fit dishes of all shapes and sizes. The racks adjust smoothly, and the layout is smart enough to handle everything from oversized pans to delicat...

Excellent features and very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the most quietest dishwashers I have ever owned you don’t even know it is running and looks great

Unbelievable dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know what you think when I bought this thing I got it for the wife and I thought she would love it She was Leary at first that got over it really quick everything from the quietness to the way it cleans to the light inside to the extra rack up top. The thing is amazing. We bought it because we needed a new one. It wasn’t cleaning and we thought we could just leave this with the house but now we’re thinking It cost a little bit extra th...

I HIGHLY recommend this dishwasher!

I love this dishwasher! First of all, it is SO quiet! I have to strain my ears to make sure that it's even on. There are so many cleaning options (I prefer AI Mode). I also really like the drying option that opens the door at the end to let the dishes dry quicker. It holds a bunch of dishes (there are 3 racks!). It also connects to my Samsung Smartthings app, so I can get notifications about when the cycle is done, when I need to use the self-clean feature, etc. As for the cleaning itself: I've ...

Not bad

I primarily purchased this dishwasher due to the sound level as my open floor plan Home didn’t need to be drowning in dishwasher noise. I like the stainless steel features of the inside after learning how to use the machine a little bit more and able to adjust the middle rack that’s been easier not learning. How means you can’t get the plates in the bottom and that’s infuriating not being able to wash dinner plates correctly the features I love is the interior light. I like how the door opens at...

Easy to operate.

We love how well it cleans and so so quiet

Samsung is terrible

Do not buy any Samsung appliance especially a dishwasher. Within a year we would start then get code PC. Then try to restart and sometime it would work. Then we went to cutting power for 2 min. This worked sometime. I just ordered a Bosch and can't wait to get rid of this piece of junk Samsung. Really should be a class action suit against Samsung.

Samsung Customer Support is TERRIBLE!

We've had an ongoing issue with this dishwasher pretty much since it's been installed, but Samsung keeps telling us that it's working fine even though the water temperature never reaches even 100 degrees! As a result, we have soap residue on the dishes and glasses. We've had multiple service techs confirm that the water is not getting hot enough, and we also paid out of pocket to have a plumber come and verify that the water supply to the dishwasher is over 125 degrees. Samsung keeps telling ...

The best dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is awesome. The more you use it, the more you will see how versatile this washer is. A must buy. I also love the auto open when it done washing.

I love this dishwasher!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher can handle anything and everything you can throw at it! I love the 3rd rack, power washing, the quietness, and especially the fact that the door opens automatically after it finishes so it releases any built up moisture. Oh, and the light inside is a great touch!

Offers great features and is super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has so many features and it does an amazing job cleaning dishes. We use the AI feature setting all the time as it figures to exactly the time needed to do a thorough cleaning. The top tray is an added bonus for additional glasses and flatware. Another feature we like is that the door opens up went the cycle is finished, allowing steam to escape. And finally the delay start feature is great when it can start during off peak elect...

Capacity Restrictions, Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quietness! Cleans good. Do not care for the layout and height restrictions of items in the bottom drawer. Can barely get a plate in there & forget getting much of anything larger in there sitting up where you can get more than a few things in the bottom. I miss not being able to fill the bottom up even with baking dishes or taller pots. Drawers feel cheap & flimsy compared to my last dishwasher.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great time saving features. Great for kids dishes and plastics. Sleek look and great wifi capabilities.

Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bespoke dishwasher! There are so many different options and settings to choose from, which makes it easy to customize each load. It has a lot of storage space and fits way more dishes than I expected. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, it works great and cleans the dishes really well! Definitely happy with this dishwasher and would recommend it.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is near silent and I love that. The top rack is great to add long items plus the cup washer is very nice. The second rack is adjustable so it makes it easier to load the bottom rack. Upon completion of the washing cycle the door pops open which helps the dishes dry. I would buy it again.
