Great internal space and super quiet

Leaking Maching with Bad Warranty Team

Leaked non stop with first week. Three teams couldn't fix and advised it needs to be replaced. Samsung made the warranty and refund process very difficult. The process is designed to make you give up and take a loss. It was so bad I refuse to buy anything Samsung moving forward.

Best dishwasher I have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Samsung products! This is the first appliance we tried with them and so far it is amazing. Plenty of room for everything and we have yet to find a dish that wasn't sparkling clean. I like how the app let's us know when the cycle is complete and the door opens to finish the drying process. You can hardly hear it when it is running. We are very happy with this purchase.

Small Dishes Only

My husband and I just bought this dishwasher about a week ago and have ran 4-5 loads in it so far. It looks very sleek and I loved the 3 racks, until we actually loaded it. Right away we noticed a sizing issue; our 10 inch dinner plates are too tall, most of our cutting boards are too tall, our large mixing bowl is too tall if it is slanted at all, and our water bottles are too tall. Super quiet

Overall I love how the AI save time and money by optimizing for the soil level. Top rack is great for small stuff. Has a premium material feel.

Large capacity

Easy to operate. Plenty of room for large/tall items, even on the middle rack. This allows for more dishes to be loaded when adding pots and pans. Cleans well, however, drying is not as impressive--but not a deal breaker.

Great Dishwasher

Everything we wanted, beautiful, but defective.

We took the leap because we love the features and looks of this dishwasher. I’ve always been wary of Samsung appliances from old stigmas but bespoke is highly rated and thought we would try. Unfortunately for us after one use a bright orange light appeared in the top of the control panel. We feel that this is a bad sign of what’s ahead having a problem so soon and are trying to figure out what to do.
