Top wash rack is a improvement over previous models. Smooth middle rack glides with ease and adjusts for height(s). Lower rack holds all you can throw at it. So quiet!

A great diswasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher does an excellent job cleaning everything i put in it. There is no water drops on any of the plastic items like my old dishwasher left behind. You can not hear this dishwasher at all it is very quiet.The extra shelf gives it a large capacity.It is very efficient and does not use a lot of water. My wife loves the eronomics. hot having a handle makes it look clean and sharp.

I like it - lots of neat features

Good placement of dishes in the racks, rack capacity and adjusting the height of each rack is daily discovery. Light inside is nice feature, very low noise, opens door when done.

Best dishwasher we have owned!

It’s quiet, quick, and does an excellent job of cleaning. So many choices of cycles and customization! Also, the inside is perfect in design and capacity - and the dishes are dry!

Do NOT buy the 38db White Glass Bespoke Dishwasher

Purchased the White Glass Bespoke 38db dishwasher and it has leaked ever since we got it. Samsung's third party repair vendor (this is in Florida) cannot seem to fix it. And, when you call them, it takes forever for them to come out to do the service repair. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone. Go ahead and get the Bosche. I wish I had.

Terrible Customer Service!

The rubber flap (which acts as a moisture barrier and sound installation) disconnected from the inside of the door within 3-months of installation. I called Lowes, as I have an extended warranty. Lowes advised me that I had to contact Samsung as it was within 1-year of purchase. After contacting Samsung they have advised me that the damage is not covered by their warranty as their third-party repair company, Service Quick (don't get me started on this company) have diagnosed the damage as being ...

Whisper quiet and smart, need just one more thing

This is hands down one of the best dishwashers I’ve ever owned. The standout feature is the noise level—it is really quiet. Lovely Design and Features

The third rack is perfect for those awkward spatulas and the design of the lower drawer lets me wash heavy pots and pans -- a little more expensive than I'd planned to spend but well worth the money for how much effort I'm saving. Leaking Maching with Bad Warranty Team

Leaked non stop with first week. Three teams couldn't fix and advised it needs to be replaced. Samsung made the warranty and refund process very difficult. The process is designed to make you give up and take a loss. It was so bad I refuse to buy anything Samsung moving forward.

Best dishwasher I have ever owned!

Plenty of room for everything and we have yet to find a dish that wasn't sparkling clean. I like how the app let's us know when the cycle is complete and the door opens to finish the drying process. You can hardly hear it when it is running. We are very happy with this purchase.
