Don’t buy it period!

These are the worst dryer’s for parts going out at around the 1.5 to 2 year mark. That’s all I’m gonna say and you have been warned.

No installation

I wanted to buy my dryer from Lowe’s but will never deal with them again. Twice they came with the dryer first time it was dented. I told him I didn’t care but they said they needed to take it back. Second time they came and then they told me they wouldn’t install it on top of the existing washer. What’s the point if they don’t install? They should’ve told me that the first time and I wouldn’t have had them deliver another one . discount isn’t worth the aggravation

Dries my Kings size comforter !

Super quiet and efficient. Very large size for comforters. Dryness cycle is really nice works well gets hot quick!

Dryer

The dryer is fine. However, I would not have these delivery guys deliver anything from me again. Attitude Bad!!!!!! They installed the dryer and it sits about a foot from the wall. They said there is nothing they can do.

Brand new dryer

We bought our new dryer about a week ago and we are in love with it! It’s so quiet it dries very quickly easy to clean and love the child lock feature. This has made the laundry process smoother for sure.

Fine until it's not

Bought this dryer a bit over two years ago. Worked as well as you'd expect a dryer to, other than the moisture sensor occasionally telling us stuff was dry when it wasn't. Started giving us overheating error codes; technician came today and replaced the heating element and fuses, but the element seems to have sent a permanent error code to the control board. For what it would cost to replace the board, we're opting to just go back to a basic dryer.

Good fit for our needs

I had the Samsung washing machine, but after 8 years of heavy use my matching dryer quit working and was not worth fixing. I decided to buy the Samsung 7.5 capacity dryer because it was compatible for stacking. We did have to buy a new stacking kit, but otherwise it fit and works perfectly. I've only used the dryer for two weeks and it works well, so I'm hoping this one lasts at least 8 years!

Heating element gone bad after 1.5 yrs.

I’ve had this dryer for a year and a half and the heating element has gone bad. Not good quality from where I’m sitting. The diagnostic app said d there is nothing wrong with it but it’s not heating up so clearly that’s wrong.

Great if you like wet comforters....

The start "button"(touch, not mechanical) makes a noise when you tap it but you have to hold it to start the machine. Several times ive been duped and come back to wet clothes because of it. It also doesn't allow much adjustment from pre sets. If you dont like them, you just have to go with a timed dry instead of adding time to whats there. Also the sensor is lacking and even when selecting more dry, everything is not quite dry. Comforters get run twice and are still damp.
