Would Not RecommendPrimed a bare steel mini bike frame. Frame was prepped, cleaned and de-greased. Shop temp was set at 70 degrees. Humidity at 50-55%. This primer doesnt hold to the steel frame. Absolute trash for primer. Rustoleum should be embarrassed.
