Consumer Ripoff !

I purchased this can of Primer and immediately was disappointed after trying to use it the next day. After spraying one-quarter of the can, the pressure stopped. No Pressure from the nozzle. I returned it to Lowes for a refund, and the customer service person refused to refund my purchase price. Poor Quality Control by Rust-O-Lumen and Poor Customer Service by Lowes. The Customer got Ripped Off!

Sprays on smooth and has the right thickness and texture that you'd expect from a primer. I would certain use again for priming metal with surface rust.
